Our standard payment terms are :

• 50% upon 2 weeks after the booking confirmation
• 50% a month ago before embarkation

Upon special requests from customers and if we can , for the bookings that will be confirmed by the end of December 2025 for the 2026 bookings we can offer the following payment terms :

• 30% Advance payment – In a week after the booking confirmation
• 20% Medium payment – In two months after the booking confirmation
• 50% Last payment – A month before embarkation

• All amounts given in offers , options or booking confirmations concern payments through bank transfers . 
• Credit card payments require a surcharge of 2-3% per transcation . 
• We do offer bank accounts in different currencies on demand . 
• We accept , AMEX , MASTERCARD AND VISA

As a general rule all Extra charges (especially the Obligatory ones) should be paid in cash upon embarkation . 

For credit card payments a 24% VAT will be accounted as an additional fee as we are obliged to issue receipts including tax .

Our cancellation policy is as follows :

• Booking cancelled, more than 75 days before embarkation, 20% of the total charter fee will kept.
• Booking cancelled between 74 & 45 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee will be kept.
• Booking cancelled between 45 & 30 days before embarkation, 80% of the total charter fee will be kept.
• Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee will be kept .
