Questions about the Security Deposit

We prefer not to handle cash for the Security Deposit . We can only accept it if the customers cannot do otherwise .

  

 

 

We accept all kinds of credit or debit cards . Visa or Mastercard or AMEX . Also we support , smart phone payments as well .

  

 

 

We offer Insurance for the Refundable Security Deposit , that customers have to give in order to finalise their Reservation . If any of your customers wants to use this service , all he needs to do is , choose one of the Insurance companies we do business with , thourgh a form of interest , that he has to fill in. 

We also pre-estimate the cost based on the number of persons , which will be on board , dates and if they join a regatta . 

In most of the situations the cost is around 5% of the insured amount  which isn't more than 3.000 €.
