Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you offer a damage waiver?
We do not offer a non-refundable damage waiver on its own. We support a combination of refundable and non-refundable security deposit.
Can guests insure the security deposit?
Yes. Guests can insure their refundable security deposit through our insurance partner, Pantaenius. The insurance only comes into play if we need to keep part or all of the deposit.
