Security deposit insurance
Guests can insure their refundable security deposit through our insurance partner. The deposit is handled as usual; the insurance only comes into play if we need to keep part or all of it.
Terms
Payment terms
Standard terms: 50% two weeks after the booking confirmation and 50% one month before embarkation.
Amounts in offers, options and confirmations are for bank transfer. Card payments carry a 2–3% surcharge per transaction. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa, and can provide bank accounts in other currencies on request.
Extra charges
Extra charges, especially the obligatory ones, are paid in cash at embarkation. If paid by card, 24% VAT is added because we must issue a receipt including tax.
Cancellation policy
75 days or more before embarkation: 20% of the charter fee is kept. 74 to 46 days: 50%. 45 to 30 days: 80%. Less than 30 days: 100%.
